Getting Ready to Come.
Crossing international borders for a hunting expedition involves meticulous paperwork and adherence to regulations. When you book with us, we assist you with all the necessary paperwork and logistics, including a list of needed equipment for your stay, hunting permits and licenses, firearm importation requirements and handling, and transporting harvested game meat back across the border.
Our goal is to make the border crossing process as smooth and stress-free as possible, allowing you to focus on enjoying your hunting adventure in the beautiful Canadian wilderness.
Transportation
We strive to provide a seamless and adventurous journey into our backcountry hunting grounds. Upon your arrival in town, our team will personally meet you and take care of all transportation logistics. We pride ourselves on offering unique and exciting access to remote areas using specialized vehicles like Argo Amphibious ATVs. These rugged and versatile vehicles are ideal for navigating through challenging terrain, ensuring that you arrive comfortably and safely at our exclusive hunting locations.
Your Accommodations
Unwind and reconnect with nature in our rustic and cozy cabins. Nestled amidst the natural beauty of our hunting grounds, Main Camp Outtfitting will immerse you fully in nature, away from city distractions or Airbnb-style lodging. Each cabin exudes rustic charm, featuring comfortable beds, wood-burning stoves for warmth, and basic amenities to ensure a cozy stay. Our outhouses and shower houses are thoughtfully maintained, offering a back-to-basics experience that enhances your connection with the outdoors.

Hearty, home-cooked meals are an essential part of the hunting experience when you stay with us. We love preparing delicious and nourishing meals for our guests, ensuring you’re well-fed and ready for each day’s adventure. From hearty breakfasts to fuel your morning to satisfying dinners to celebrate the day’s successes, we offer three square meals a day that cater to hunters’ appetites. What You Will See
Staying with us is more than just a hunting trip. We provide a complete immersion into the breathtaking wilderness of our hunting grounds, which is about 1.5 times the size of Yellowstone National Park. Many of our guests leave with unforgettable encounters with wildlife, including majestic grizzly bears, roaming moose and caribou, wild wolves, elusive lynx, graceful trumpeter swans, and even free-range bison- many of these animals have never come into contact with humans before. Our hunting expeditions take you deep into natural habitats where these incredible creatures thrive, allowing you to witness them in their element.
